How to Create and Provision a Conference Room:
This KB will take you through the steps of setting up and provisioning a conference room and its equipment.

To create the Conference Room Calendar log in to CoreView
Select Actions and then Management actions, under Filter assistant select the tab By activity and Run custom action, and use the Create Resource Mailbox (version number)
Name the conference room mailbox (First.last), give it a brief description like where the room is located, for type select Room then the Agency for the mailbox.
Click Submit and the workflow will run, the Resource Mailbox will be created.
It may take an hour or more for the room to show up as manageable in CoreView.
Once the room is available to manage in CoreView navigate to it page and go to Manage licenses.
Change the license template to Teams Rooms Pro and add the Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro GCC license to the account.
Click the Submit to proceed.
Click on the Manage tab to expand the window out.
Select the Manage password option, click the key to generate a random password.
Save this password for later as you will need it to sign in to the account when setting up the Tap device.
Click Submit to set the password.
If anyone needs to be able to manage the calendar go to Actions, Management actions, By category, Mailbox, Add calendar permissions.
Under User principal name enter the conference room email address, check the radial button next to the account, and click Next.
In Type mailbox enter the users UPN who you want to give permissions to the calendar and click the + Add button
Under Permission levels either select a role or use custom to assign specific permissions to the calendar.
Click Submit to process the calendar changes.
To set up the calendar processing settings select Actions, Management actions,
Under Filter assistant select the tab By activity and Run custom action, Change Calendar Processing Settings V#.
Enter the calendar's UPN, check the box and click Next.
Set the AutoProcessing to AutoAccept invites.
Check the box for Allow Conflicts.
Click Submit for Coreview to process the workflow.
ARS
Sign into ARS using your _SS account.
Search for the account and click on the checkbox next to it and select General Properties for the account.
On the left hand side navigate to the Account tab.
Check the box for Password never expires so the the conference room accounts won't need to have their passwords changed.
Click Save to save the change.
Conference room account has now been provisioned and stood up. Next will be setting up the equipment and signing into the account.
